Where do I find the password for the operating mode "teacher"?

The password can be found in the manual, the link to this manual is part of the "Online Delivery" mail.

As this file is not protected it can be read by students as well. Therefore you should change the default password straight after finishing the installation in case you save sensitive files (exams) in folders which are assessible for students, too.
