Minimum graphic resolution
Last change: Sep 7, 2017
The minimum graphics resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels.
Note that if you set an enlarged display of text and elements using the Windows Control Panel, the graphics resolution of the computer must be correspondingly larger. Example: For a screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the percentage value should not be greater than 140, because 768 x 141% would already be more than 1080.
In Windows 10, the task bar is always displayed or "fixed", which reduces the effectively usable resolution for the SYMplus application accordingly. Since then (Update 44), the software is executed in the Windows frame in the default setting "Full screen" (see F8 Setup > F4 System Configuration > F1 Presettings > General), and space is left for the taskbar at the bottom.
If you are using a small notebook with e.g. a resolution of 1366x768 pixels, you can still use the software in "real" full-screen mode. However, you must replace the entry "Aufloesung=Windows" with "Aufloesung=Fullscreen" in the file vorein.ini in section [Allgemein]. And you will have to hide the taskbar in the Windows operating system.
