Windows 11 24H2
If you use our SYMplus™ software with plusCARE™ under the Windows 11 24H2 operating system, unexplained crashes may occur. These occur particularly frequently during 2D simulation, but other areas of our software are also affected. Often, you don't receive a specific error message at all; instead, the software shuts down during use.
We have analyzed these issues and resolved them with our Update 67. This update is available free of charge to all customers with an active plusCARE™ agreement ("maintenance contract").
You can install the update via our Update Manager; further details can be found in the article KELLER update manager.
Alternatively, you can also download the latest installation package, see KELLERplus Downloads.
If you are using an older version of Windows 11 (i.e., 23H2 or earlier) or Windows 10, these issues will not occur.
If you no longer have an active plusCARE™ agreement or are still using an older version (6.0 or earlier) of our software, please contact us.
In addition to updating the KELLER software to Update 67, it may be useful to also update the CodeMeter Runtime. You can download the latest version from https://www.wibu.com .
